Mailing Lists & Data Acquisition

We are able to provide mailing lists and databases for both business and consumer data based on many criteria. All data can be provided for either single or multiple use and are all Telephone Preference Service (TPS) to comply with the Data Protection Act and Direct Marketing guidelines and rules. This applies to both business and consumer data.


Business Data


Business name, business type and category, turnover, employee size, geographic area using postcodes.
We typically provide business name, address, telephone number, key decision makers and additionally, fax numbers and e-mail addresses where required.

Consumer Data


We can provide consumer data in the specific market sector you are looking to target including, geographic area, demographic, net worth, ages, financial status and household information.

Data Cleansing and Enhancement


As your own prospecting database grows over time, there comes a stage where your database will need to be cleaned. Named decision makers, addresses and contact details can change quite frequently. We carry out this activity through telephone calls by our experienced executives. At the same time, we can gather useful information about a prospects position in a particular area of interest.

If you would just like your database screened through the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) we can carry out this activity on your behalf. There is a minimum requirement of 1000 records on which this can be done.

Market Research, Profiling and Lead Generation


Using your existing database or one we source on your behalf, we can carry out market research or profiling. Profiling is simply the process of asking your prospects a series of questions to gain further knowledge about their current position or stage in the buying cycle of a product or service.

Based on your own company profile and offerings, we can then establish if the prospect is interested in discussing further your services. These leads can then be passed back to you to follow up either by mail or by one of your sales executives to book an appointment. There is a minimum data requirement of 1000 records to carry out this process. Along with the results of the profiling and leads generated, we provide you with the reports of the outcome of the discussions we had with your prospects.

Appointment Setting


We believe your sales team should be focused on selling your company to prospects – not tied up on the phone in the time-consuming role of trying to identify them. As a follow up to a telemarketing campaign, or simply a mail shot campaign you are looking to carry out – we can take care of all your mailing requirements. From sourcing the data, doing the mail-merge, to posting your sales letter with brochure, we have our own team to complete the entire process in the time frame we agree. Following a mail shot, we can also do the follow up telephone calls that is required 3-5 days after the mailing. This maximised your exposure to a prospect, as well as allowing you to quickly measure the success of your campaign.
